Trip to the 7th Hole Cave!

"Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow."

"Going Beyond Myself" is the most suitable title for this trip. Amazing experience!!! Started with a mountain drive through a crazy road to almost 1500m above sea level, camping over night with a fantastic group of people, then in the morning started to find our way to the bottom of the 7th Hole Cave.

120m of abseiling down on ropes; around 15-20 minutes hanging on rope and enjoying the panoramic view of the cave, then walking through the cave to find the way out which was as exciting as the way down with many stops to look around and wonder how amzing nature is, and as we look deeper into nature; we get to understand everything better and we get to realise how small we are.

The lesson learned out of this trip is that:

"If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them."
